IBM, DCM Data Systems set up AIX competency centre
IBM India and DCM Data Systems Limited have announced the setting up of a AIX competency centre in Delhi. This move would strengthen IBM and DCM Data Systems' UNIX initiative in India and help customers on IBM's AIX technology. DCM Data Systems is investing more than Rs 10 million in setting up this centre. This centre will also handle live demonstrations on SSA Disk subsystem and Magster Tape library.

Galileo India, the Computerisedd Reservation Systems (CRS), on Thursday announced the launch of ViewTrip, a cutting edge Internet information service tool for travellers. This is the first time in the country that a CRS company has introduced a Website that allows customers to access their travel itineraries from wherever they might be in the world.

Investmart India targets mini metros for growth
Investsmart India Ltd, as part of its `investor reach' initiative, is tapping the `future' metros to fuel its growth objectives. Investsmart India plans to open more branches in cities like Jaipur, Ahmedabad and Chandigarh.
