Initially, these two products will be available through CDs and later the company plans to integrate these two products with the portal. These two portals will be released by the end of this year, managing director of the company Surya Prakash told reporters.

Through TowerCAD, Build Infotech has bagged an order for designing from Birla AT&T for the phase 3 and phase 4 expansion in Maharashtra.

Birla Infotech has also drawn an ambitious plan to launch and operate a portal and offer services to the industry through this portal. The portal, christened as buildnova.com, is a B2B and B2C vertical portal, for the construction industry exclusively.

He said that this portal will be a one-stop solution from concept to commissioning of all construction projects. The portal also aids in arranging finance and advices from leading Vaastu consultants.

Build Infotech is an end-to-end IT solutions company in the construction industry. The company also offers web-enabled products as ASPs for the construction industry such as microwave transmission, security towers, lightning towers, etc.

The company has so far invested Rs 60 lakh. The revenue model is through registration, Web-hosting and advertisements. For the vendors, the membership fee is approximately Rs 3,000.

Build Infotech, the software arm of SVGroup, has recorded a turnover of Rs 1.5 crore for last year and its major clients include Tata Tele Services, L&T-ECC Construction group, MSEB, APTRANSCO and ARM Ltd.
