STG Intl set to acquire US-based software company
The board of directors of Software Technology Group International Ltd has approved the acquisition of STG Inc, USA, a company engaged in the business of software education and consultancy for the last seven years. STG Inc, based in San Jose, USA with a revenue base of $3.3 million, is focussed on technology consulting and hi-end education having experience in extensive project management expertise. STG's client list includes Lucent Technologies, Hewlett Packard, Applied Materials, Brio Technology, Wells Fargo Banks to name a few.Hallmark signs distribution deal in Bangladesh
Hallmark Entertainment has signed distribution deals in Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Macau. The agreement in Bangladesh is with Saarc Media Services. In Sri Lanka, it has signed with Grant Cable and in Macau, it is with Macau Cable TV.
