SBI opens personal banking branch The State Bank of India on Friday opened its fourth personal banking branch in Juhu, which would function on all seven days of the week. SBI chief general manager AK Purwar inaugurated the branch, the fourth in the city and the 11th in Mumbai circle, which spans Maharashtra and Goa.The branch offers a tele-banking facility for customers wanting to operate their account from their residence or office and a customer enquiry terminal, an SBI release said in Mumbai on Friday.HDFC Bank opens counter at DSE HDFC Bank has opened an extension counter at the DSE.The counter will be dedicated to DSE and NSE members, which will include clearing bank services, loan against shares, demat accounts and other cash management services. The bank has dedicated extension counters for the Ahmedabad Stock Exvhange,Calcutta stock exchange and also for Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange.
