TGL's `FA-' rating, indicating adequate safety, has been withdrawn as the company has offered to prepay the fixed deposits, Crisil said in a release here on Friday. NSL's `FB' rating, indicating inadequate safety, has also been withdrawn as it has deposited the full outstanding amount to repay its existing fixed deposit holders, who were earlier unwilling to accept premature repayment, the release said. NSL has been deregistered as NBFC by the Reserve Bank of India and is now known as a Service Company, it added.
