Usha to market Davey pumps
Usha International has entered into a tie-up with Davey Products Ltd of Melbourne, Australia, to exclusively market the full range of Davey pumps in India under the brand name `Usha Davey'. The Usha Davey tie-up adds a premium line of pumps to Usha's existing range. Initially, Usha would start with Davey's range of pressure pumps for homes and small commercial establishments. The Usha Davey pressure pumps are competitivelypriced in the range of Rs 18,000 to Rs 23,000 depending on the model.Maharishi Ayurveda comes out with Raktda
Maharishi Ayurveda Products has introduced Raktda, an Ayurvedic medicine that promises to bring relief to people suffering from anaemia. The medicine stimulates all organs and functions connected with the formation and purification of blood. Raktda provides the body with iron in a highly reduced and non-irritant form. It uses natural ingredients like khajur and amla which contain trace elements (eg. zinc, magnesium, cobalt) that are required by the body to produce blood. The Raktda tablets are packed in blister strips (containing 10 tablets each) and 10 such strips are packed together into one box. The box is priced at Rs 165, each strip priced at Rs 16.50.
