Bangalore: Bangalore-based MRO-TEK Ltd has chalked out a Rs 36.91 crore expansion plan which will be mainly funded through the company's forthcoming public issue, according to the company's chairman Sarangan Narayanan.According to Narayanan, the expansion plan would include setting up manufacturing facility in Bangalore, creating additional marketing facilities and setting up new corporate office besides augmenting long term working capital resources for the company which offers WAN, LAN & MAN services and solutions.
Narayanan said that during fiscal 2000-01, the company was looking at a net profit of Rs 32 crore over a turnover of Rs 200 crore against Rs 105.95 crore in revenues and Rs 15.90 crore profit in the previous year. He said the company's target audience would continue to be ISPs, banks, defence departments and cellular service providers.
