LG Maestro takes a bow LG Electronics India has launched its Maestro Range of CTVs with unique Golden Eye technology. Available in models 20S42 and 21SD42, the Maestro range of CTVs are priced at Rs 18,750 and Rs 21,900 respectively. Maestro CTVs have a `Digital Eye' for Picture Control, 3 Digital Concept - Digital Turbo Sound, Digital Turbo Picture and Digital Search and a 350 W PMPO sound output. In addition, the CTV also marks the launch of Version 2 of the Cricket Game (with additional sound effects) which had been launched early last year to commemorate the last World Cup of the century.Pentax camera with auto picture mode Asahi Optical Co of Japan has launched their latest SLR camera, Pentax MZ-7 which has an innovative feature - the `Auto Picture Mode'. Pentax MZ-7 assesses the subject and situation, decides the best program to use and conveys its decision through the illuminated mode dial and the viewfinder indication, so one can concentrate on the composition without worrying about exposure adjustments. Additional features include shutter and aperture priority, bulb and panorama modes, multiple exposure, metal lens mount and optional infra-red remote control. Omega honours young achievers On the launch of its expansion drive in the South, Swiss watch manufacturing company Omega presented the `Lifetime Achievement Award' to the Prince of Cyberabad, B Ramalinga Raju, Chairman, Satyam Computers, and the `Young Achievers Award' to popular film star Venkatesh (Venki). Explaining the reasons for selecting the two, Omega Brand Spokesperson and Bollywood film actress Sonali Bendre, said, ``Omega has a tradition of recognising and honouring the Achiever.
