B-Til signs MoU with Emergency Networks

HYDERABAD, MARCH 20: Software developer Bathina Technologies India Ltd, (B-TIL), has entered into an MoU with Emergency Networks Ltd (EMNET), a Sam Pitroda promoted company specialising in security devices and services.The MoU is to jointly execute projects and to set a vehicle tracking systems based on GIS, GPS and satellite and wireless systems, a company release said on Monday. In a bid to strengthen its technology base to help with the projects B-TIL has acquired two Hyderabad-based companies Octal Systems Ltd, and APEL Radio Communication Systems Ltd (ARCS).
