Indian rice exports to fall in 1999-2000 

 
New Delhi, March 19: India's rice exports are expected to fall sharply in 1999/2000 (April-March) to about 1.7 million tonnes compared with 4.5 million in the previous financial year, the All India Rice Exporters Association (AIREA) said last Thursday.
