Mutual fund allows `animal-friendly' investing
Thanks to a team-up between the Humane Society of the United States and Salomon Brothers Asset Management, investors concerned about the effect of their investments on animals will have an "animal-friendly" mutual fund to park their money.

The Starlight Children's Foundation will get $8,270 from the recent Spring Furby cyber auction hosted by Yahoo! Auctions. No. 1 in the new Furby series brought in $5,500, and Furbys no. 45, 47, 48, and 49 were unveiled on the virtual auction block last week.
