Sebi to route IPO through brokers 

 
FIRDAY 4: In a major step to improve efficiency of capital markets, the Securities and Exchange Board of India will soon allow routing of initial public offerings of companies to investors through member-brokers of various stock exchanges, Sebi chairman DR Mehta said on Friday.
