BAT to sell Canada Rothmans stake 

 
FEBRUARY 4: The realignment of Canada's big tobacco makers took another step forward on Friday as Rothmans Inc said British American Tobacco Plc had agreed to sell its 71.2 per cent indirect stake in the Toronto company through a secondary offering at C$13.35 ($9.20) a share.
