New hi-tech call centre
FEBRUARY 3: Delhi-based Air Infotech has set up a high tech call center with expertise from Cincom Systems which promises to be a global contact point for consumers and business. The call center, based in Gurgaon, is one of the south-east Asia's largest centers with an initial capacity of 300 seats which will be expanded to 1200 seats by the end of the year. ``It will offer more choices for both consumers and business and help corporations to better manage customer expectations, lower customer contact costs and maximise agent effectiveness in providing better customer services,'' according to Air Infotech's chairman and managing director Rakesh Gupta.Copyright © 2000 Indian Express Newspapers (Bombay) Ltd.
