Three offer documents cleared 

 
FEBRUARY 1: The Securities and Exchange board of India (Sebi) has cleared offer documents of three companies amounting to Rs 25.99 crore and received three draft offer documents totalling Rs 59.02 crore.

The public issue of equity of Omni Ax's Software Ltd at an issue price of Rs 15 amounting to Rs 12.14 crore, Fore C Software Ltd at an issue price of Rs 16 worth Rs 12.12 crore and that of Beeyu Overseas Ltd at an issue price of Rs 10 aggregating Rs 1.72 crore have been cleared, Sebi said in a statement.
