Performance benchmark for IT cos 

 
FEBRUARY 1: For the first time, IT companies in India can benchmark the performance of their software products against rest of the organisations in India and outside. Quality Assurance Institute Ltd is making available the `First Report from QAI-QSM Consortium on IT Benchmarking' in India in association with Larry Putnam's QSM Inc of the US. QAI executive director Navyug Mahnot announced the availability of the report at a seminar on "How the best get better: Benchmarking".
