IOB plans initial public offering 

 
JANUARY 25: IOB is planning its initial public offer in March 2000. "The bank has decided to issue 11.12 crore shares with a face value of Rs 10 each. The size of the issue will be Rs 111.20 crore," said a bank release issued recently. "The issue is proposed to be at par with a view to enhance investor's future wealth," it said.
