MTNL's NYSE listing on schedule 

 
JANUARY 25: The board of Mahnagar Telephone Nigam Ltd is meeting on January 31 to finalise the plans for listing on the New York Stock Exchange.Director (Finance) S Sundresan told The Financial Express," the listing process is on schedule and we hope to appoint an advisor in time for the February end target for listing decided by the board".Sundresan emphasised that the NYSE listing and conversion of existing GDR's into ADR's would be completed within this fiscal. "We are going ahead on course and expect everything to be smooth.
