BPL revises call rates

Pune, Dec 23: BPL Mobile has revised its prices for subscribers in Maharashtra (excluding Mumbai) and Goa.

Under the ValueBusiness Plan, air-time rates for incoming calls have been fixed at Rs 1.60 per minute while outgoing calls are charged at Rs 4.50 per minute. Calls from BPL mobile-to-mobile phones would be at Rs 2.25 per minute. A user of 150 minutes of airtime would have a bill of around Rs 1,000 while the rental would be Rs 600. While some of the services such as caller line identification, call wait and call hold would be complementary other value-added services would be available for Rs 199 per month.
