Orissa cyclone relief
On behalf of the Organisation of Pharmaceutical Producers of India (OPPI), its president HR Khusrokhan and vice-president Dr AV Dangi have made a token presentation of medicines to the minister for chemicals and fertilisers, Suresh P Prabhu, for those affected by the cyclone in Orissa. OPPI members have made a collective commitment of medicines and money of over Rs 1 crore to various relief agencies.

Colour-Chem workshop
Colour-Chem Ltd, a subsidiary of Clariant in India, has organised a workshop on Process Safety for Asia, in association with Clariant Corporate ESHA. The workshop, being held in Goa from November 22-25, is being attended by plant managers, engineers and ESHA specialists from Clariant associate companies in Asia.
