Prudential-ICICI Gilt Fund declares 2.25% dividend
Prudential ICICI Gilt Fund - Treasury Plan - has announced a maiden tax-free dividend of 2.25 per cent for the quarter ended November 17 under its dividend option. Since inception, the fund has given annualised returns of 10.47 per cent in treasury option and for investment option, the corresponding figure is 11.54 per cent. The NAV of the scheme as of November 16 is Rs 10.0337. The fund is an open-ended scheme which invests predominantly in Government securities.GDR decreases by 0.75%
The Skindia GDR index decreased by 0.75 per cent from 932.15 to 925.20 on November 16, 1999, as per the Skindia GDR Index with a base January 3, 1995 equal to 1000. The Skindia GDR index P/E ratio was 65.49 as compared to 66.76, Skindia Finance said in a press release in Mumbai on Wednesday. There were 6 gainers, 23 losers and 37 unchanged as compared to 15 gainers, 15 losers and 36 unchanged respectively as on November 15.
Visesh Infosystems bags Rs 6cr orders
Visesh Infosystems Ltd, which is tapping the market next week with its maiden public issue, has received fresh orders amounting to Rs 6 crore. Of this, Rs 4.64 crore ( US $ 1.08 million) is from US-based MassSoft Services Inc.
NSE suspends pre-opening session
A technical hitch in the matching algorithm observed during the live trading during the closing session of the NSE on Wednesday has forced the exchange to suspend the pre-opening and closing sessions temporarily. After a gap of around a year or so, the pre-opening and closing sessions were re-introduced on the NSE on Wednesday only.
