HDFC places NCDs worth Rs 75 crore
Housing Development Finance Corporation placed five-year non-convertibledebentures worth Rs 75 crore at a coupon of 12.2 per cent payable annually,money market dealers said on Thursday. The instrument is rated AAA by theCredit Rating Information Services of India. T-bills auction
The Reserve Bank of India has announced the auction of 182-day T-bills onNovember 9 for a notified amount of Rs 100 crore. Tenders should besubmitted on Tuesday and results will be announced the same evening."Payments by successful bidders will be on November 11," said the RBIrelease issued on Thursday.
Fourteen-day T-bills
The RBI on Thursday announced the auction of 14-day and 91-day treasurybills slated for November 12 for a notified amounts of Rs 100 crore. The91-day treasury bill auction will be conducted using the uniform priceauction method. Tenders should be submitted on Friday and results will beannounced the same evening.
Repo auction
The RBI on Thursday announced the auction of fixed rate repo in GoIsecurities for parties holding SGL and current accounts. According to a RBIrelease, the applications will be received on Friday and payment will bemade the same day. The securities will be repurchased on November 11.
SBI Factors' dividend to SBI
SBI Factors managing director S Banga along with deputy managing directorand group executive of SBI DP Roy on Thursday handed over a cheque of Rs1.01 crore as dividend for 1998-99 to SBI chairman GG Vaidya.
