Alliance Monthly Income declares 1%

Mumbai, Nov 1 Alliance Monthly Income, an income scheme from Alliance Capital Mutual Fund (ACMF), has declared a dividend of one per cent in its monthly dividend plan, for the period October 1 to October 29, 1999. This dividend will be tax exempt in the hands of investors, a statement from ACMF said here today, adding that it has paid 11 per cent distribution tax on the dividend declared as per the tax provisions in force. The scheme had earlier declared its first dividend of 2.5per cent in its monthly dividend and quarterly dividend plans, for the period July 14 to September 30, 1999.Copyright © 1999 Indian Express Newspapers (Bombay) Ltd.
