Punjab government has decided to modernise bus terminals through massive private participation programme as part of its initiatives towards developing and improving infrastructure within the state. The state government has invited bids from private parties to involve them in the bus terminal modernisation programme.

Phdcci for real estate body

The PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Phdcci) has recommended that the Delhi government should create a state level real estate regulatory authority to monitor and coordinate, inter alia, the functions of property development, tenancy monitoring, property registration and housing cooperative society.

ICD in the red

The Inland Container Depot (ICD) of Gujarat Warehousing Corporation is making losses of over Rs 400 crore as over 1,500 exim traders of the state prefer Mumbai clearing house. Convenor Rohit Brahmbhatt said, "We are providing single window clearance. But, most of the 1,500 exim traders from Gujarat continue to get their clearances from Mumbai clearing house."
