Sunova's Bioslim ad bags Pegasus awardSanat Products Ltd, makers of the Sunova Spirulina brand, has bagged a silver at the 11th Global Pegasus awards for the ad of one of its products, Bioslim. This is the first time that an Indian ad has won a Pegasus award. The Global Pegasus Awards are held in New York every year. Designed by Mudra Advertising, the award-winning ad had appeared in the August and October 1998 issues of Readers Digest. The ad was selected from a total of 100 entries of the best advertisements from 25 countries, carried by the Readers Digest.
Handy wedding gift
With the wedding season fast approaching, and as camcorders are mainly used to capture moments, Sony India is positioning its camcorder, branded Handycam, as a wedding gift through a recently released print campaign .Produced by Enterprise Nexus Communications Pvt Ltd, the campaign is targeted at the Sec A1 strata -- outgoing, sociable, affluent relatives/friends of to-be-married couples. The ad portrays SonyHandy-cam as a perfect wedding gift with the headline saying: `For marriages made in heaven, a wedding gift that's equally divine'. The baseline reinforces the brand promise: `life becomes a movie with a Sony Handycam'.
Adding vibrancy
ITC has recently released a new print campaign for State Express 555, the international cigarette brand. The new campaign features a Formula 1 racing car with the 555 livery emblazoned across it. On top of the picture is the slogan ``feel the force.''
The commercial will be used in tandem with the earlier campaign which focusses on planets in the galaxy, but will depict something more real and down to earth, say ITC sources. The new campaign embodies the vibrancy, youth, glamour and dynamism of the brand in its deep blue and yellow signature colours. Created and developed by Bates Clarion, the campaign is being used in outdoors and premium print magazines like Outlook, Swagat, Jetwings and Swagat.
