Maruti approves 30% dividend, ratifies Khaattar's appointment
The shareholders of Maruti Udyog Ltd at the company's 18th annual general meeting (AGM) on Monday approved a 30 per cent dividend for 1998-99 amounting to Rs 39.69 crore and ratified the appointment of Jagdish Khattar as managing director of the comapny.
