ProNetLink to open sales office in India

Vidya Srinivasan
New York, Sept 26: Pronetlink.com, the first global trade internetworking company, has announced an agreement that will increase its exposure in India, one of the world's critical global trade markets.

The deal calls for Mumbai-based Om Business Solutions to be the primary developer of ProNetLink.com brand identity within India, as well as market the site and its service among target businesses and professional associations.

Under the terms of the agreement, Om Business Solutions will undertake a variety of campaigns on behalf of ProNetLink.com, including trade show development, advertising sales, media relations, communications with target companies and government agencies and the coordination of India-specific content for the ProNetLink.com site.

"India represents a key market for ProNetLink.com," noted Glenn Zagoren, chairman of ProNetLink.com, in a press statement. "Despite the fact that India boasts exports in excess of $33 billion and imports of more than $41 billion annually, the marketplace isstill untapped in terms of online global trade solutions. The time is right to expand into India and, with the expert assistance of Om Business Solutions, I feel confident that we can greatly increase our presence in India within the next year."

Om Business Solutions creates business-to-business programmes for global companies wishing to trade in India. The company also provides financial and real estate brokerage services for businesses and entrepreneurs looking to establish a business presence within the country.

With the increasing support from the government of India, companies are constantly looking for global partners to develop mutually beneficial international relationships," commented Srinivas Gudladana, chief executive officer, Om Business Solutions.
