Regulatory panel moots flexible power tariff regime for SEBs

The Credit Rating Information Services of India Ltd (Crisil) has assigned highest safety rating to the Rs 2,900 crore bonds programme of Indian Railways Finance Corporation (IRFC) and the Rs 1,500 crore bonds programme of Small Industries Development Bank of India (Sidbi).
Broking firm takes Essar arm to court for default
RC Goenka Shares & Stocks, a Mumbai-based broking firm, has filed a petition in the Bombay High Court against India Securities, the financial services arm of Essar group, for defaulting on a payment of Rs 41 lakh.
