Voltas Ltd, the promoters of Premium Granite Ltd has bought back the latter's 250,000 shares from the Industrial Development Bank of India (IDBI), as a one-time settlement, at a price of Re 1 per share. The face value of each share is Rs 10, while the sale transaction constituted over 1 per cent of the paid-up capital of Premium Granites, a statement from IDBI said.Food processing equipment show
