Rolling settlement to be kicked off by December
Sebi has set the ball rolling for the introduction of rolling settlement in the country's stock exchanges. It is likely to be kicked off by December.
SC slaps notices on cigarette majors for non-compliance with statutory warnings
The SC has issued notices to cigarette majors on a PIL filed by former Congress MP Murli Deora, charging companies with flouting laws by not displaying statutory warnings prominently in the advertisements of their products.
