Siemens rights issue cleared

Mumbai, Aug 9: The Securities and Exchange Board of india (Sebi) on Monday cleared the offer document for the Rs 127.78 crore rights issue of Siemens Ltd. The issue has an indicative price of Rs 180 to Rs 200, according to the price band indicated in the offer document, the market regulator said in a statement.The final price would be decided before filing the offer document with the stock exchange, Sebi said. During the week ending July 30, Sebi also received the offer document for the rights equity issue of SK Bangur promoted Fort Gloster Industries amounting to Rs 4.34 crore.
