Mehta, Munsif make it to Lintas BoardPrem Mehta, vice-chairman and managing director and Shahrook Munsif, commercial and financial head, have been appointed as directors of the Board of Lintas India Ltd.
According to the agency, during Mehta's tenure of over two decades and under his leadership, the agency's turnover has grown from Rs 150 crore to Rs 800 crore.
Also, Munsif, who has been managing the finances of the agency since 1988 has also managed to keep the agency abreast in the grim scenario faced by the industry. Lead crystal glass with Carta Blanca.
Liquor manufacturer Bacardi is offering an expensive lead crystal glass free with every 750 ml bottle of its white rum brand Carta Blanca. The glass has the Bacardi bat logo etched at the base. Open to consumers all over the country, the offer will continue till stocks last. ``The scheme is part of our concerted efforts to reward existing customers for their loyalty while drawing more into the fold,'' says Jayant Kapur, MD, Bacardi-MartiniIndia Ltd. DHL solution for exporters
DHL Worldwide Express has launched `Europe First', an enhanced air express solution for Indian exporters who are pursuing business success across Europe. Vintron launches Internet PC
Vintron has launched Vintron Elixir, aninternet ready PC in the Indian market. This personal computer has all the essential components along with a choice of 33.6/56 KBPS modem and an internet package registration with 10 hours of internet from Satyam. It is available with Celeron P II and P III processors. A Simon & Schuster encyclopedia (2 CDs version) is also being given free with the product. The PC is priced at Rs 29,995.
