Land-lease transfer haunts Tisco-Lafarge deal
The consummation of the sale of Tata Steel's cement division to Lafarge is set to be delayed indefinitely as the Tata group flagship has yet to secure transfer of land-lease in favour of the French cement major, a pre-condition for the Rs 550-crore deal.
