6 new programmes on Zee, IMW goes off airZee TV has launched six serials on the prime-time slot. Agnichakra, a presentation of real life crime stories, is replacing India's Most Wanted on Tuesdays and will air at 10 pm while Mrityudand, a story of three siblings, will occupy the 9 pm slot from the 20th of this month. Naya Zamana is being aired at the 9 pm slot on Wednesdays while Janam will start from the 19th. Waris, which depicts the conflict between two sisters, will start from 28th. In August, Zee will have a new show - Professor Pyarelal on Thursdays at 8 pm.
Appointment at APC
Anand Iyer has been appointed the new country general manager of American Power Company (APC) India, replacing Rishipal Sethi. He will be based in Bangalore and will be responsible for all sales, marketing and service related activities in this region.
PG Softech ties up with IBM
PG Softech, a global software solutions and services provider, has tied up with IBM to provide e-business solutions. TheIBM e-business programme is aimed at creating web masters and expertise in web design, web development, web administration and e-commerce. PG Softech is developing e-business solutions for its clients in the US and India for which it will require trained web professionals, according to a press release.
