Mrityunjay Bose
Dhule, July 3: After receiving positive response from international community against Pakistan, the government is planning to move the International Court of Justice to expose `those responsible' for the Kargil episode even as the Indian army and air force is preparing for a major assault against intruders and Pakistan regulars next week.

Noted advocate and union law minister Ram Jethmalani told reporters at the Dhule airport here that after the conflict is over and intruders are thrown out, the government would move the International Court of Justice.Jethmalani, who himself is an expert in international law, would represent the government. He said that those responsible for the intrusion should be tried and treated like Nazi's after the World War II.
