Kribhco, RCF seek equal profit-sharing terms with Oman for fertiliser project
The Indian partners of the $1.1-billion Oman-India Fertiliser Company, Kribhco and RCF, have suggested equal sharing of profits and losses between the two sides. This forms part of the detailed restructuring plan forwarded to the Omanese government and Oman Oil Company by the Indian partners.
Marico acquires Parachute, Saffola from Bombay Oils for Rs 30 crore
