Bahl to head BBIL customer care division

R P Bahl, general manager for Credit Systems of Bharti Cellular Ltd, has moved to Bharti BT Internet Pvt. Ltd (BBIL) as head of its customer care. Bahl will spearhead the company's efforts in the area of services nationally.It has been a steady climb to the top position for Bahl, who started his career in 1973 as trainee with Kores India Ltd in the sales function. After spending eight years with the company, he moved out to join Bharat Carbon and Ribbon Mfg. Co. Ltd, a Thapar group company, as its regional sales manager. He was responsible for handling sales of office aids. In 1987, he decided to move to the hi-tech world of office automation with HCL Ltd. There he rose to the position of general manager, distribution network. In 1996, Bahl joined Bharti Cellular Ltd as general manager, credit systems. He set up the credit monitoring system for the company in Delhi.

Duggal is director, MasterCard International RAJIV Duggal has been appointed director,security and risk management, South Asia for MasterCard International. He will be responsible for all risk and security management initiatives for MasterCard's family of brands in India, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Nepal and Bangladesh. He will be based in New Delhi. Duggal has over 10 years of experience in the payment services industry. He joined Mastercard on leaving Mashreq Bank of Dubai, where he was the assistant vice president, retail credit risk management and fraud control unit, in India.
