IBM to buy out Tata stake in ventures
The Tatas and IBM are finally splitting. IBM, the world's largest infotech company which had forged two joint ventures with the Tata group, will buy out the latter at a price to be decided later.

Rating agency Icra on Wednesday downgraded the medium- and long-term ratings of its principal promoter Industrial Finance Corporation of India (IFCI) from LAAA and MAAA to LAA+ and MAA+.
