New Delhi, June 01: India's multimedia giant Pentafour Software and exports has entered the global movie market by garnering prestigious animation projects worth millions of dollars including that of two hollywood movies.The company has a dozen animation projects in its kitty totalling over $80 million with bagging of contracts for two hollywood movies of world famous director Chris Cain.
It has also won an internationally acclaimed contract from the creator of `Spiderman' and `The Incredible Hulk' for creation of cartoon superheroes, chairman and managing director of the company, V Chandrasekaran said in an exclusive interview.
He attributed the success in bagging these contracts to the recently completed footage of the three-dimension (3D) animation feature with motion capture `Sinbad - Beyond The Veil of Mists' which was undertaken for american producer `improvision'. It was the world's first real time 3D animation film with motion capture, he said.
The company has completed 3D animation featurewith motion capture for producers `Grip' based on Indian mythology and another project for movie `King & I' produced by the american `Rich Animation Studios'.
