NTT Docomo order for Ericsson

Ericsson has been selected by NTT Docomo, the world's largest cellular operator, to deliver both WCDMA (wideban code division multiple access) mobile phones and base station systems. This represents an early breakthrough in third generation (3G) mobile communications. Ericsson is leading the development of 3G. The agreement to deliver WCDMA mobile phones is Ericsson's first and the phones will be developed in Sweden and Japan.

Anand Medicaids bags ISO 9002

Anand Medicaids Private Limited has been awarded the ISO 9002 by SGS, the United Kingdom, for total quality management at all stages of manufacturing process. Anand Medicaids manufactures suction equipment since 30 years and the equipment are in extensive use. The company's managing director Vishal Anand said in a statement in New Delhi that Anand suction equipment are being exported to various Asian, African and Middle East countries, the UK and Germany.
