PATA award for Ram KohliRam Kohli, managing director of Creative Travel Pvt. Ltd, received the Pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA) chairman's award for outstanding contribution to the association and to the world travel industry, at the 48th annual conference of the Association held in Nagoya, Japan.
The conference was inaugurated by Prince Takamado of Japan and was attended by more than a thousand leaders of the global travel agency.
Kohli is the founder president of the Indian Association of Tour Operators (IATO). He is the former honorary secretary of the PATA India chapter and former president of the India chapter of American Society of Travel Agents (ASTA).
Kohli is also a former member of the PATA board and a member of the executive committee of the association.
Maurya Sheraton wins top safety award
