LML bike in September

LML Ltd's first motorcycle model, being produced in collaboration with Daelim Motor Corporation of South Korea, would hit the streets in September this year, a top company official said. The bikes are in the final stages of development and the first of the four bikes would roll out by September, the official, on condition of anonimity, said. The motorycles would carry a price tag ranging between Rs 37,500 and Rs 45,000 ex-showroom (Delhi).

ABB bags Gail order

Engineering major ABB has bagged an order from the Gas Authority of India Ltd (Gail) to design, engineer and supply terminal automation system (TAS) for its Auraiya LPG recovery site. The TAS would be supplied for liquefied petroleum gas, propane and nautral gosolene. ABB would supply advant TAS, including high-end load rack computers running on 64 bits risc processor and associated advant controllers.

Hyundai launches air-conditioners

Korean congolomerate, Hyundai, in technical collaboration withBangalore-based, Trac Fujico Air Systems (TFASL) on Thursday launched a new range of air-conditioners (ACs). The ACs would be manufactured at TFASL's facilities in Bangalore and sold under the Hyundai brand. Priced in a range above Rs 22,000, the initial launch includes Hyundai's latest model-- high wall split unit with micro processor based control-- TFASL president Anil Dev told newspersons here.
