Hyderabad, Apr 22: Thomas Cook (India), the leading travel and foreign exchange company, has opened a new branch office at the Hi-Tech City here on Thursday. This is the company's second office in the city and takes the total office strength to 45 in the country.The new office will provide a gamut of retail foreign exchange services such as currency encashments, sale and purchase of travellers cheques including the Euro, release of business exchange as well as exchange for other purposes. Thomas Cook has will also be offering its new products- Moneygram, a service which facilitates quick money transfers to India from anywhere in the world and Visa TravelMoney Car, a prepaid round the world ATM card.
Thomas Cook (India) chairman Pradip Madhavji said, ``Geographical expansion of the company is a priority on our business agenda as also the introduction of innovative travel related products and services.''
The company's Travel management section will also provide services such as travel budgeting, fareconstruction, international and domestic ticketing, documentation facilities as well as leisure travel arrangements, a company press release said.
The company will shortly be opening an office at the International Tech Park in Bangalore.
