Fiat Uno was adjudged the most appealing small car, while Tata Safari bagged the award for the most appealing multi-utility vehicle according to the APEAL study. Ford India Ltd, for the second year in a row, bagged the award for the number one nameplate in customer satisfaction.

The awards were presented by James D Power, partner J D Power and Associates here on Tuesday for Customer satisfaction index study (CSI), Initial Quality Study (IQS) and Automotive Performance Execution and Layout (APEAL) study.
