TCI appointed Disney Tour operatorTravel Corporation India (Ltd) has recently been appointed authorised Walt Disney World Tour Operator in India. The tie-up will enable Indian tourists going to USA to visit Disney Theme Parks like Magic Kingdom park, Epcot, Disney - MGM Studios and others. TCI's introductory offer: $ 40 per adult per day for a 4-day stay, with free stay for two children below 17 years.
UPS takes a bow in India
The $22.5 million United Parcel Service (UPS), the world's largest express carrier and package delivery company, has launched its operations in India. Beginning February 22, UPS started operating a weekly B767 all-cargo flight out of Mumbai enroute to Cologne via Taipei and Sharjah. Cologne and Taipei are the locations of two of UPS's major international hubs.
UPS, which established operations in India in 1988 through a service agreement with Elbee, has also appointed Jet Air as general sales agency for its cargo operations. Jet Air is India's largest generalsales agent.
Amway's 5-in-one toothpaste promise
Amway India, a direct selling company, has launched its 5-in-1 Glister Fluoride toothpaste. The company claims that it is the only toothpaste in India which offers the polishing agent - LS 928. Glister, which not only polishes teeth, also helps remove stains, prevent cavities, remove plaque and freshen breath.
Launched in a 75 gm tube, Glister 5-in-1 toothpaste is part of Amway's oral care product range that includes Glister toothbrush, oral rinse and mouth refresher spray.
