Blue Dart Q3 net jumps to Rs 2 cr: Blue Dart Express, the Mumbai-based express company, has turned around in the third quarter ended December 31, 1998 and reported a profit of Rs 2.01 crore compared to the loss of Rs 2.43 crore during the same period last year. According to the company release, the turnover has gone up by 15 per cent. Blue Dart owns a 36 per cent domestic market share. The company hasreceived A+ rating from Crisil for its proposed non-convertible debentures, the release said.

Indo Rama posts Q3 loss of Rs 30 cr: Indo Rama Synthetics on Friday reported a lower loss of Rs 30.07 crore in the third quarter of the current fiscal compared to a loss of Rs 63.15 crore in the second quarter. During the same period, sales increased by 10 per cent to Rs 345.33 crore from Rs 313.5 crore, a company statement said.

JK Industries net up 10%: Tyre major JK Industries has posted a net profit of Rs 5.77 crore for the third quarter this fiscal, a jump of 10 per cent over the previous quarter. The company recorded a sales turnover of Rs 304 crore and an operating profit of Rs 37 crore for the quarter ending on December 31, 1998.

AgroEvo Q3 net up 30%: AgrEvo India has registered a 30 per cent increase in net profits and a 11 per cent jump in net sales for the third quarter ended December 31, 1998, according to a company press release. The firm has also declared an interim dividendof 35 per cent on an increased capital of Rs 921,36,480 after the bonus issue of 1:1 in October 1998.
