The Supreme Court of India has upheld the decision of the High Court that the gift received by a lady relative and inducted by her into the HUF specifically for the welfare and the benefit of members of the HUF will indeed be treated as the property of the HUF.
Homestead offers page-making utilities, not much extras
Despite all the Web's jabber about "community", most free-page sites just pay lip service to collaboration. Not Homestead. This site is the only one in our group that lets several people partner you and your friends; you and your family; you and your co-workers to create, maintain, and add to a free page.
