Pentafour to hike FIIs stake to 30%

Chennai, Dec 28: Pentafour Software & Exports Ltd is increasing foreign institutional investors (FIIs) holding in the company to 30 per cent from the current 24 per cent. A 10 per cent limit has also been fixed for overseas corporate bodies and non-resident Indians (NRIs).The company's board is meeting on January 4, 1999 to finalise the date and the agenda for the extra-ordinary general meeting which will seek members' nod for the FII stake hike and permission for a preferential allotment and making investments.
