Experience: Candidates should have a rich and varied multi-disciplinary experience of working in a large integrated steel plant in areas of project development, construction, commissioning, operation, maintenance for more than 30 years. Must have dynamic leadership qualities and sound and proven organisational and managerial capabilities for constructing and commissioning of steel plants on green field area. A knowledge of Russian would be an additional advantage
