IA launches new package tour scheme

Indian Airlines (IA) has floated a new `package tour scheme' for promoting domestic tourism through its approved agents and tour promoters.This scheme, which comes into immediate effect will be valid up to September 30. The scheme offers a 15 per cent discount on package tours consisting of a minimum of four full fare paying passengers. The discount is for round trip or circle trip journeys on IA's domestic sectors only, and not available for one-way journeys. It is available for all sectors except for travel to/from Agatti, Leh and Port Blair. All members of the group must travel together for the entire itinerary.
